With 27 years military experience and a knowledge of coaching and mentoring I feel I’d suit the role of online life coach.
Advert description
After serving for 27 years in the military I’m now looking for other opportunities and to transition into another career. Having looked at the job description this weekend I felt I would be a good fit for this given my experience, training, and some of the jobs I have been involved in over the past 10 years. As the Training Warrant Officer at the Battle back Recovery Centre I was regularly tasked with delivering face to face and virtual presentations on subjects such as Mental Resilience, Fitness, Nutrition, Sleep and Breathing techniques, all which link in well with better routine and motivation towards learning, work, and day to day life. In addition to this I spoke on Zoom and Teams 1:1 or groups regarding similar subjects during the Covid 19 lock down.
I have lots of experience in coaching and mentoring from my time in the military and have completed 3 x 5-day courses which accumulates to 120 hours of training in this area, further to this I’m currently studying a level 7 in coaching and mentoring having completed the first 3 assignments. Some of my postings in the military have included the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and working as a lead instructor for the Elite Units of HM Forces.
