Mr Richard was able to explain difficult concepts clearly and in a way that made sense to her, while also building her confidence and encouraging her to believe in her own ability. His lessons were always well prepared, engaging and tailored to her individual needs. He was patient, encouraging and never made her feel uncomfortable about asking questions or making mistakes. Over time, we saw a real improvement not only in her understanding of Maths, but also in her confidence and attitude towards the subject. We are absolutely delighted that, with Mr Richard’s guidance and support, our daughter successfully passed her GCSE Maths. We genuinely believe his teaching and encouragement played a significant part in helping her ach

Mr Richard is an excellent maths tutor, he is clear, concise and most of all very understanding to young children. I had engaged with his professional services during my daughter’s GCSEs exams and I was not disappointed. I give him a very high recommendation.

I started having maths lessons with him a few months before my GCSEs when I was working at around Grade 3s. I took on a lot of lessons, and he put a lot of time and effort into helping me improve. He would identify the topics I was struggling with, give me specific questions to practise, set homework and then go through it with me carefully. If I got something wrong, he wouldn’t just give me the answer; he would explain where I went wrong and show me different ways of understanding it. He was always patient and never made me feel embarrassed for not understanding something, even if he had to explain it several times. He also helped me prepare for the types of questions that would come up in my GCSE and gave me the confidence to keep trying when I found topics difficult. With his support, I went from getting Grade 3s to passing my GCSE Maths with a Grade 4, only five marks away from a Grade 5. I’m really grateful for how much he cared about my progress and for everything he did to help

Mr Richard really helped me grasp a lot of higher content in a short period of time even though I joined really late. His tutorials played a huge role in me passing.
