I am a Development Economist with a specialization in Human Resource Learning & Development. I have been into Training and Development for over 6 years now. Driven by the idea of creating a social impact and thriving to bring a change in terms of helping Human Resources develop and improve towards the path of reaping our country's demographic dividend, being an orator and public speaker has been my clear passion. I was exhilarated by the opportunity to interact with hundreds of students from various schools, colleges and nationalities in India and Egypt, where I experienced the need to help transform the Human Resource potential on various appropriate platforms for all 21st Century Skills. I bring my substantial work experience from Talerang ( a Harvard Business School research project, now a social enterprise).
