English for Russian Speakers in the UK

Anastassia is very helpful, friendly, encouraging and very patient! My lessons were on-line. They were structured and I worked from textbooks with homework. I would recommend her as a teacher.

My lessons with Anastasia have been an enjoyable experience. The lessons have not only been informative but also interesting and fun. Anastasia has patiently taught me at my own pace in readiness for a recent trip to Moscow, where I was able to to order food, buy travel tickets, and have and understand simple conversations with locals. I would definitely recommend her as your tutor.

If you want professional, useful and serious tuition in the Russian language. I would highly recommend Anastassia. During the lessons there is a holistic approach, combining grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation as well as listening and speaking exercises introduced gradually. No stone is left unturned and eventually after a while, you will speak correctly with no fossilised errors in your speech due to the attentive and professional nature of the service provided by Anastassia. A result which is rare within the world of freelance tutors. Highly recommended if you are serious about learning this language.

Anastasia is a great teacher. A perfect mix of traditional methods (needed to get through the material), but highly reactive to student needs and pace. Personally, I needed lots of constant revision of previous concepts and Anastasia identified this and allocated time each lesson for it. She's flexible, pleasant, a wonderful person to talk to, and very thoughtful. On top of her approach, her knowledge of language structure, etymology, and world cultures makes her the single person who could possibly have taken me from zero to basic conversational Russian while maintaining my adhd interest!! Can't recommend her enough!
