I am a chair based exercise instructor for older adults, i attend over 25 care and nursing homes running my own sessions including essential mobility and joint exercises, strength exercises, CV exercises and lots of music, fun and games.

I am extremely energetic and will provide lots of motivation for any client that i instruct or work with. I love building relationships with people and seeing them progress. I have been running my chair based exercise sessions for almost half a year now and i am currently studying to be a level 4 personal trainer. I have over 5 years of gym experience with lots of knowledge to do with sports fitness specific for things like football and skiing as those are some passions of mine. I have a wide range of knowledge about personal training and would love to share it with people to help there progression in the fitness and sports world.
