Yoga and meditation teacher for all ages

By formal education, I am a law graduate, but I have always been more interested in the ways of the soul - universal law, rather than man-made laws. Getting out of your comfort zone to liberate your mind from social norms and established ways of thinking, as well as mustering the courage to be who you are, find happiness, and express your uniqueness, is not an easy task and it wasn’t for me either. I am a certified yoga nidra instructor and I give yoga training and yoga classes, Reiki courses, as well as various yogic practices (breathing exercises, meditation, etc.). My goal is to help everyone who wants to change and live in accordance with their true nature since that is the only way to become and remain truly happy.
