Life Coach for Students - Helping you to be more confident

I have been a Life/Confidence Coach delivering 121 and group coaching workshops for nearly 15yrs. Inspiring and motivating you to believe in your own ability to deal with the challenges that the voice in your head is saying "I cant" into "I can and I will" brings enhanced, joy, confident and motivation to achieve great things into your life that you always wanted to do. My style is fun, relaxed, yet thought provoking and driven. You are the one who choses what topic is best to explore that is holding you back right now, it is a totally confident and non-judgemental environment- They can include things like:- Stress/worries Friendships Study Skills Self-belief Aspirations Organisation Happiness Confidence to just name a few. No 2 sessions are the same and no 2 people are the same, so they are designed bespoke to you and your needs. At the begging of the session we will explore what is holding you back right now and then within that session we will explore the reality of where you are, what new options you could explore and what will you actually go and do after. My role is to become your personal cheerleader!!
