Guitar tutor in Belfast providing lessons online. Over 18 years experience in playing the guitar. For students of all levels

Throughout my musical journey, I've honed my skills not only as a performer but also as a teacher. Drawing inspiration from my own mentors, notably Kirk Lorange and his transformative online course 'Planetalk', I have developed a teaching approach that prioritizes fun and accessibility for students of all levels. Just as I found inspiration and guidance from my own instructor, I am dedicated to providing a supportive and engaging learning environment for my students. One aspect of my teaching philosophy centers around a simple yet powerful visualization technique, which I believe can unlock the entire fretboard for aspiring guitarists. This technique, introduced in the very first week of instruction, serves as a foundational tool that enables students to navigate melodies, chords, harmony, and scales with confidence and creativity. By empowering students with this fundamental understanding, I aim to cultivate not only technical proficiency but also a deep-seated love for the instrument. It's all about having fun!
