Having a PT help you create your own personalized workouts as well as a well experienced chef that can help you prepare balanced meals is a must have, I strongly recommend his lessons to anyone, beginner or experienced, who may need assistance in either of the two. He wasn’t just there to help me, rather he really wanted to see me succeed and grow as a person. Well worth the money!

Plame is excellent in both cooking and as a PT. He personally helped me build my back, something that was once a major weakness that I couldn’t come out of. He’s the reason I became a PT today because he’s so great on what he does and inspired me to help others just like he did with me.
