Professional Football Leadership & Career Mentor | UEFA Pro Licence

I offer practical one-to-one mentoring for university students, graduates and professionals looking to develop a career in professional sport and football. I have 35 years' experience in professional football, including more than 15 years as an Academy Manager and most recently as Sporting Director at a League One club. I also hold a UEFA Pro Licence and postgraduate qualifications in Sports Directorship and Football Academy Management. I can support you with career planning, CV and LinkedIn development, identifying opportunities within professional sport, building your network, applications and interviews, and understanding how football organisations operate. I also provide mentoring for emerging coaches and football professionals looking to develop their leadership and progress within the industry. Sessions are practical, individual and focused on helping you understand where you are now, where you want to get to, and what you need to do next. The first consultation is free, allowing us to discuss your ambitions and establish how I can best support you.
