Professionally trained Ashtanga yoga teacher with Iyengar based modifications suitable for all abilities
Advert description
Explore yogic practices deeply rooted in Vedic traditions with a modern, welcoming approach. I invite you on the journey of self-discovery and cultivate strength and stillness for every body and mind through the physical discipline of Asana, the rhythmic vitality of Pranayama (breathwork) and the quiet clarity of Meditation.
I offer in-person/online yoga classes to individuals and groups alike. I am happy to offer corporate yoga at your campus on request.
