Affordable private English lessons, from a grade 9 english student currently in year 13 and a qualified tutor at 2 tuition centres

Are you struggling to keep up with English? Do you find analysing texts or writing essays overwhelming? You’re not alone – and I’m here to help. I am a dedicated Year 13 student with a real passion for English, and I currently work as a qualified English tutor at two tuition centres. I achieved Grade 9 in both English Language and English Literature, and I have helped many students gain confidence and improve their grades, with several going on to achieve Grades 7–9 in their exams. As someone who has recently been through the same exam system, I know exactly what examiners are looking for. My lessons are designed to break down difficult concepts into simple, manageable steps, so that students not only understand the content but also develop the skills and techniques needed to succeed in their exams. I offer: 1.Personalised one-to-one lessons tailored to each student’s needs 2.Clear guidance on exam techniques and essay writing 3.Support with reading comprehension, analysis, and creative writing 4.A friendly, supportive approach that builds confidence as well as skills Whether you’re aiming to boost your grades, build a stronger foundation in English, or reach the very top levels, I can provide structured, affordable lessons that make a real difference.
