Coaching and mentoring is one of my passions in life. I believe that we are all on a journey of self discovery and growth. Through my innate and exceptional communication skills and empathetic approach to life's challenges and aversity, I have learnt exceptional interpersonal skills and insight through my own challenges and aversity. I am a true advocate for individuals finding their true self through reframing and self exploration, which is a skill and gift I have developed on my life journey. I am a tremendous motivator and radiate with positive energy, mirroring back to the client all their positive attributes and skills. I am compassionate and authentic, which is infectious and creates a bridge of trust. The most important part of coaching and mentoring is personal connection and trust.
