Achieve Top Grades in Psychology with a Tutor Who's Been There! A* at GCSE & A-Level, now completing BSc at Kings College London

I bring a strong academic foundation and practical experience to the role of Psychology Tutor. Having achieved an A* in A-Level Psychology and currently pursuing a BSc in Psychology at King’s College London, I am well-versed in psychological concepts and research. My background includes hands-on tutoring experience as a private A-Level Psychology tutor, where I provided personalized support that helped students improve their understanding and performance. In addition to academic tutoring, I have diverse teaching and mentoring experience. As an after-school club teacher, I adapted my teaching strategies to support students with special educational needs, and as a volunteer crisis supporter, I developed essential skills in communication and empathy to support individuals facing mental health challenges. I am proficient in psychological research methods and SPSS software, reinforced by my contributions to the Psychology Cap eBook, which highlight my ability to translate complex ideas into accessible knowledge. My commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment is grounded in my skills in active listening and stress management support, ensuring that students feel encouraged and motivated to reach their goals. This combination of academic achievement, practical teaching experience, and a solid understanding of psychology equips me to effectively guide students through their studies.
