Join me for yoga sessions are designed to be accessible for all, brining Yoga to all as I work to meet diverse needs in a supportive and inclusive environment. With over 12 years of experience in contemporary dance and a passion for creating accessible movement practices, I offer Chair Yoga, Yoga for Dementia, Hatha Yoga, Yoga for Arthritis, Yoga for SEN Students, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Yoga for Neurodiversity, and Yoga for Asylum Seekers and Refugees and with certification in British Sign Language I can lead Yoga Practise with Deaf Communities I hold certifications from Special Yoga to teach Chair Yoga and Yoga for Dementia, and I’ve completed additional training through Yoga International in Yoga for Arthritis, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and The Essentials of Yogic Breathing. Currently, I am finishing my Hatha Yoga Teaching qualification with the YMCA, further expanding my ability to support all abilities and backgrounds.
