Ella is a kind, patient, and expert teacher, this is my first time taking an online class I was nervous but her kind face with a smile help me to continue without stress before we start the class she asked me about my need and what I want to learn and in the class she checked my level, the class was relaxing and happy, she gives me a lot of time to speak. I don't feel confident usually speaking English but she encourage me and I feel more confident when I talked with her. She explains some of my faults very kind calm. In the end, she talks about my weakness and strong point and different books and ways she can offer to help me learn English.
