Maths Tutor Available up to A-Level - Happy to travel :)

Hi, I'm Elaine. I have a BSc(Hons) in Statistics from the University of Glasgow, and I have around 15 years' experience working with children and young people in various capacities. My experience is largely in Youth Work, although I have tutored children and young people with various different abilities or conditions, and have also tutored adults looking to refresh their skills. Most recently, I have worked with 16-19 year-olds towards attaining their GCSE or equivalent, a significant portion of whom had additional needs. I have also worked with children who have SEN, in a supportive capacity within school. My approach is absolutely person-centered, and I aim to establish a clear understanding of the course material on a fundamental level, while also developing problem-solving skills so that my learners gain confidence as well as knowledge. If you're looking for someone who will build on your strengths and work with you to achieve success, send me a message! I look forward to helping you unfold a more brilliant future!
