I have qualifications in psychology, communication sciences, and personal training. Paired with that, I am a runner up at the 2023 GPC World Championships (powerlifting), held various South African records in powerlifting, and have coached clients to do the same. Beyond that, I have helped many an old lady improver their hip and shoulder mobility, as well as, helped various people just improve themselves for longevities sake.
