Through my experience as a football coach, I have worked with young people of different ages and abilities, helping them develop not only their sporting skills but also important life skills such as communication, resilience, discipline, confidence, teamwork and responsibility. I understand that every young person is different, and I believe in taking the time to understand their individual needs, strengths and areas for development. My coaching approach is centred around creating a positive and supportive environment where young people feel comfortable expressing themselves, making mistakes, learning from challenges and setting realistic goals. I regularly encourage players to step outside their comfort zone, overcome setbacks and develop the belief that progress comes through consistency, hard work and a positive attitude. I believe these skills transfer strongly into a student life-coaching environment. Whether a student is struggling with confidence, motivation, organisation, decision-making or simply needs someone to encourage and guide them, I would aim to provide a calm, positive and approachable presence. I am a strong communicator, reliable, motivated and genuinely passionate about helping young people succeed. I would welcome the opportunity to bring my coaching experience and people-focused approach into a student support role and contribute positively to the development of the students I work with.
