History Tutor looking to help kids of all ages develop a passion for and understanding of history

I am an archaeology undergraduate at Durham University who has previous experience in tutoring informally at GCSE level, as well as at A-level through a volunteer scheme at University. In addition to this, as part of my undergraduate scheme, I have worked with members of the public in educating them about archaeological sites and finds. Having had previous success in the endeavour of making people more passionate about history, as well as helping to understand the subject and succeed within it, I would be looking to continue this going forward, hopefully reawakening people's passion in the field of history, something I believe everyone possesses at some point. Previously, this has been done through a tutoring approach based heavily on guiding students towards finding answers themselves and developing their own interpretations and understanding, however I am also happy to tailor my approach to a student's needs and any method that they know works best for them.
