Yoga Accredited Teacher and Tarot Reader
Advert description
I’ve practised Yoga, Pilates and fitness since I was a child. Sport runs in my family.
I’d love to share my knowledge and experience to help others.
Recently qualified as a Yoga Instructor after completing the Yoga Alliance accredited 200 hours teacher training course, children’s yoga and a Tarot Master certification.
I teach Hatha and Vinyassa with a heavy focus on breath work. Working with the body rather than against it. It’s more about having fun than being perfect.
