Advert description
My routine is usually to ask specific questions about what they are struggling to understand, (preferably before the session), what materials they are struggling with, and anything they are not confident with. This allows me to tailor my session to their specific needs. Understanding the student's issues is the important first step to helping them achieve their goals.
