Approachable and friendly, I deliver tailor made lessons to suit your needs, way of learning and the course you are studying

I am a highly experienced and enthusiastic online English and Spanish teacher, specialising in supporting learners preparing for National 5 and Higher exams in Scotland as well as GCSEs in England. With a proven track record of helping students achieve excellent results, I combine deep subject knowledge with a personalised, engaging approach that builds both skills and confidence. My lessons are structured yet flexible, to allow any concerns learners have about their learning to be addressed each lesson, in addition to teaching their course requirements in ways that are accessible and motivating. I am skilled at identifying individual learning styles and adapting my methods so that every student makes consistent progress, whatever their starting levels or learning needs are. I bring creativity and energy to every session, making learning enjoyable and relevant to real life, while always staying aligned with curriculum requirements and assessment criteria. Students value my clarity in explanation, patient encouragement, and focus on exam success. Parents appreciate my professionalism, reliability, and the measurable improvements in performance. Fluent in both English and Spanish, I create engaging, multi- sensory and supportive online learning environments for whichever of these subjects I am teaching. I also provide targeted practice resources, regular feedback, and strategies for revision to ensure my learners are fully prepared and confident on exam day. Above all, I am passionate about inspiring young people to see my subjects not only as subjects to be passed in exams, but as powerful tools for: life, communication, post school opportunities and personal growth.
