I have over 25 years of Yoga practice and 13 years of teaching. I have training all over the world in all areas of Yoga. I’m a senior Yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance and train students in 200hr and 300hr courses in Bristol. I offer a wealth of knowledge using Ayurvedic principles to guide unique programs for each individual.
