I have been practicing yoga since for over 14 years and teaching for over 5 years.
I'm trained to teach Hatha Yoga, which covers many styles - from Ashtanga to Restorative. I also teach chair yoga too.
I graduated from SOAS completing MA Traditions of Yoga and Meditation and teach other yoga teachers yoga philosophy, history and asana workshops.
In addition to teaching yoga, I'm also an intuitive tarot reader and Reiki Master and trusted member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
As a teacher I endeavour to impart knowledge and build strength, openness and balance within the body, as well as the mind. The focus of all of my work, is to allow clients and students to be present, feel held and provide a space for you to explore your inner world more deeply. As well as attuning the physical and energetic body I aim to guide, strengthen and encourage you on your own journey of self-discovery.
