I have 15years experience specialising in Weight loss training, Body sculpting, Body part training ,Pilates ,Therapy yoga, TTC 200&500 Teachers training certifications , Formulating IB(international baccalaureate ) Yoga Curriculum(syllabus ) in International Schools , Ashtanga, Yin, Hatha, Transformational Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga Pilates, Passive Yoga (Thai Yoga bodywork), Ayurvedic Massage, Pressure Points Therapy, Healing mantras, Catharsis, Yoga Therapeutics, Philosophy, Psychic Meditation, Spiritual Advisor and counsellor, Meditation expert &I also have keen understanding of Yogic Philosophy including the Yama’s and Niyama’s and the Yoga Sutras.
I currently reside in central London and I deliver classes both Online and offline sessions. Before the sessions I always start with details knowing the client /student ,understanding the need .Then I customize the sessions according to the student comfort .
All are welcome ,there is absolutely no need of prior experience and knowledge.
