Maths GCSE foundation teaching . Face to face or online

I completed 1 hour a week online with Vicky, mixed with some face to face sessions. Vicky was excellent. She taught me how to break down questions and how the marks were allocated to the questions. Vicky was awesome at explaining techniques and gave handy advice on how to remember things. It really helped me having the one to one support and I felt that I covered more in that session than I did in a week at school. Vicky is really funny and I found it easy and comfortable to work with her. Thanks to her help and support, I smashed my GCSE math. Thanks again Vicky.

After our daughter was told by her school maths teacher that she was unlikely to pass her maths GCSE we sought help from a tutor. After many hours reading reviews and trying to find someone that our daughter felt comfortable with we chose Vicky. This was the best decision we made. In only a short time period Vicky helped her with easy wins and with more complex maths subjects. Vicky was so welcoming and one of the main things was building her confidence up after school spent time sucking confidence out of her. We will always be grateful to Vicky who help Our daughter pass her maths GCSE. Thanks again Vicky.

Vicky tutored my son for his maths GCSE. She was marvellous. She planned each session around his needs. This made a huge difference to his confidence. He managed to get a cracking level in his GCSE ??. We would highly recommend Vicky ??

I couldn’t recommend Vicky highly enough! She tutored my daughter from Sept year 11 through to the day of her last math GCSE exam, going above and beyond to offer additional sessions and creative group sessions in the final weeks. Vicky’s relational yet professional approach not only developed my daughter’s maths skills but offered a much needed confidence and self esteem boost too! Vicky tailored each session, noting progression and areas to work on, with unwavering enthusiasm and motivation. She remained ambitious, even when there were a few bumps during mocks, and my daughter got a fab grade in the end! Feedback and updates each week were super helpful and reassuring too. I’m so glad we booked as early as we did as I’m sure the relationship Vicky fostered was an important aspect to change my daughter’s attitude to maths. Thank you so much Vicky, you were fabulous! Oh - and ‘quick wins’ is an expression we’ve adopted daily!!!

My daughter has one hour a week online tutoring with Vicky. Vicky has helped jess’s confidence with her maths. She’s working through basic number work with Jess at the moment. Although Jess has just been working with Vicky for a few weeks. I can already see an improvement in her number work skills.

My daughter is sitting her GCSEs this summer, and Vicky has been helping Lily with her maths. In the three months Vicky has been working with Lily her confidence to tackle the more complex worded questions have improved significantly. Lily‘s maths mock exam results have gone up for whole grade since Christmas. I have found Vicky to be both professional and knowledgeable.
