Key Stages 1 & 2 Primary (face-to-face or online) Mathematics and English tutor in Stoke-on-Trent & East Cheshire

As a passionate primary school teacher and one-to-one tutor with almost 24 years' experience, I offer bespoke tuition to students (and adults wishing to further develop their maths and English knowledge) both on a face-to-face and online basis. Each lesson is tailored to suit the individual student and are designed to engage and inspire. Having taught for many years I possess an in depth knowledge of mathematics and English at Key Stages 1 and 2; this is enhanced with current educational methods and pedagogy (such as the Rosenshine and Kagen approaches). I use a wide range of traditional and up-to-date methods, including the latest interactive resources. I am able to reinforce and extend each student's existing knowledge and skills, as well as prepare students for end of key stage 'Statutory Assessment Tests (SATs). As a current primary school teacher, I am able to offer tuition after school hours and there is also availability at weekends too.
