GCSE English, A-level psychology and sociology

Meera was a great tutor to my daughter. She was engaging and fun for her to work with. She was knowledgeable and helpful throughout.

Meera is an amazing teacher who has helped me tremendously throughout my studies. She was extremely supportive during my lessons and always made sure I understood everything properly. What I appreciated most was that she also supported me outside of lesson time, checking in to see if I needed any extra help with my work, even in other subjects. She genuinely cares about her students and goes above and beyond to help them succeed. Thanks to her guidance and support, I was able to achieve the grades I needed for my A-level courses. I’m extremely grateful for all her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great teacher.

She helped me go up to a 4 and I really struggled with English and she managed to help me pass I really recommend her.

Meera supported Jack over the last year Before sitting his GCSE’s. Quite frankly I couldn’t quite believe his results.. he went from a 3 to a 6 in English language. Absolutely thrilled! Initially he was dubious about a tutor and we did teams to begin with and he warmed to it and they worked so well together Then as soon as they started face to face, Meera pushed Jack as she believed he could get great results and gave him the confidence to really excel. Jack got diagnosed with Dylexia in Year 9, and she pushed me to arrange extra time for Jack and supported with me writing email to school to push (as you need to push the school!) I liked the way she talked to him and has great conversations with him and made him think differently. She gave him homework but also homework for me to test him on. She’s such a super lady and without doubt I would highly recommend her. Happy to have a call with anyone interested but also Jack my son happy to provide preference too!

Meera is an excellent tutor who has helped my daughter lots and played a big part in her passing her GCSE English with a good mark! Meera is always friendly and sociable and is always willing to help out regardless of the situation. I would recommend her to anyone that needs help with English!

She is really nice and lovely, she helped me pass my exam and she is a very good tutor, will recommend for anyone who needs it!

My son had Meera to help him achieve a pass in his GCSE English. He did this admirably, and enjoyed his interactions with Meera, her style of teaching and her support.

My daughter started having weekly sessions with Meera only 5 months before her English GCSE'S and the turn around was amazing. She is dyslexic and was getting low 4's in her mocks but got two 5's (one a high 5) in her GCSE'S. Meera is so dedicated to her students, reliable, offers extra sessions if needed and updates parents on progress. The tools she gave my daughter not only improved her skills but really boosted her confidence going into exams. She breaks down the exam papers and gives tips on how to score mark's for each question. My daughter found the techniques really helpful. We'd highly recommend Meera as a tutor, I wish I'd found her sooner!

Meera formed an excellent relationship with my child, she was able to help improve their understanding and confidence in psychology which resulted in excellent grade outcome.

Very positive and patient tutor who takes a genuine interest in her pupils progress.

Lovely to work with, very understanding and supportive in and outside of lessons, she taught me new ways to understand the work and how to improve on what I do. I was predicted to fail English earlier this year but with Meera’s support I passed. Very good teacher and would recommend.

Meera was absolutely amazing for my son it’s made a huge difference on his results he was predicted 3s in English and he has now passed with 4s thank you so much for all your help

I want to express my gratitude for Meera's support in tutoring my daughter for her English GCSE, especially so close to the exams. Meera was incredibly kind to take her on at short notice and provided excellent guidance. Thanks to Meera’s help, my daughter achieved the grade she needed. Meera was thorough in her teaching and kept me updated with regular feedback, which gave me confidence in my daughter’s progress. I highly recommend Meera if you’re looking for extra support for your child.

Helped me so much to secure my grade in psychology

Meera is an excellent tutor, she supported and helped my daughter build back her confidence whilst studying for her A-level psychology exam. Meera is very professional and punctual. If you are looking for support I would recommend Meera 100%.

Very good and helpful

Meera was a fantastic GCSE English tutor for our son Jorge. Very serious and professional. Jorge was very confident with her and finally got a 5 in English at last year GCSEs examination. He improved a lot his level, and being Spanish, it was not an easy task. We really appreciate her help and dedication, even in holidays periods. Thank you.

Meera tutored my son for 3 years. He was initially struggling with confidence and understanding academic questions relating to GCSE English, both language and literature. She aimed very early on to focus on a GCSE pass and my son achieved 3 grades higher than the initial pass plan. I truly believe this was due to 1:1 time on line, where my son had time to ask questions and be taught and tested by Meera. She is friendly, approachable and supportive. I would highly recommend her and so would my son! Thank you Meera!

She is an exceptional teacher and woman. She has countlessly inspired me beyond the classroom and specification. It was really an honour and refreshing to be taught by someone who truly cares about their students and goes above and beyond to see them succeed. I couldn’t recommend Meera highly enough!

Meera tutored my daughter in Psychology and Sociology. Without her patience and expertise my daughter would not have achieved the grades she did. Meera really cares about her students and goes the extra mile to provide help and support. I thoroughly recommend Meera as a Tutor - lovely lady too !

Meera was professional, reliable and my son found her tutoring for his English Language GCSE hugely beneficial. English was his weakest subject with his predicted grade a 4. Meera took time to understand what aspects of the assessments he found most challenging and came up with strategies that he could use in the exams that would help. He went into his GCSE feeling confident of a pass and in the end achieved a grade 7 and more importantly feels much more confident writing any sort of assignment.

I was more than happy with quality of the tutor (Meera) my son has for GCSE English. Meera has gone above and beyond to find examples, look at texts and help him in his studies . She kept me updated with my son progress and what he has to do. Meera is absolutely amazing! Thank you
