English Tutor to young students aged 4 - 16

Hi! I’m Eleni, a 21 year old university student studying Psychology and I have an A Level in English Language. As a Psychology student, learning has become an integral part of my life, and I have explored various methods to stimulate individuals processing and comprehension abilities. When it comes to teaching my students, I adapt my lessons based on age, ability and motivation. I strongly believe that while English is a language subject, incorporating images is essential for engaging our memory. Since each student has their own unique learning style, I have discovered that a one-size-fits-all approach doesn't work. While some students respond well to visual presentations that include key words, definitions, and examples, others thrive in more interactive auditory lessons that encourage creativity, storytelling, and conversation. By recognising these differences, I strive to create a dynamic learning environment that caters to the diverse needs and preferences of my students.
