An experienced CELTA qualified native English speaker who delivers fun, enjoyable and productive lessons online and in person

I am a CELTA certified tutor with four years experience of teaching English as a foreign language. I teach online and in person and I am happy to travel to your home or workplace. My lessons are completely tailored to a student's individual needs and are always fun and engaging, using up to date material and resources. I tutor both adults and young learners. I have wide experience in teaching individuals, small groups and have taught at residential summer schools for a variety of different language companies. I have also taught at a primary school in Spain, teaching English to children aged from 3 to 11. In addition to standard lessons, I also offer total immersion residential stays, where students live with me and my family in a small village on the outskirts of York, benefitting from lessons in the morning and then excursions and activities in the afternoon. Cristina, Spain "I can assure anyone that Moira is a really good teacher, always willing to help her students. She is kind and attentive when needed. She always makes the lessons as enjoyable as possible, using a wide range of activities which suit the way I learn. I highly recommend her!!!"
