Author with Over 8 Years Experience Teaching English and Writing Teacher

Summer learning loss was a huge issue for my kids, but Joshua's summer tutoring kept them on track. They started the school year ahead instead of behind, and the best part? They enjoyed every session!

One of the best tutoring experiences we've had! Joshua not only helped my kids catch up in school but also taught them effective study techniques they can use for life. Their progress in science and history has been remarkable!

Joshua was instrumental in helping my daughter prepare for her college entrance exams. His approach was both engaging and effective, leading to a dramatic increase in her SAT scores. We couldn't be more grateful!

My child was struggling with pre-algebra. Joshua tested him and then went over his results with me. I have never experienced that through a company before. After we identified the areas which needed improvement, he found the right materials to address those areas. After we retested him a couple months later, I noticed a 20% increase in his testing score. Keeping on this path, he will be testing at his grade level within three to six months.

My son used to hate writing assignments, but Joshua helped him build a solid foundation in grammar and structure. Now, he actually enjoys crafting essays, and his teachers have noticed a significant improvement in his work!

Here are seven unique reviews for private tutoring services, inspired by the ones you provided:

Great all-around person! He has helped both of my children during the summers when they often fall behind. His services are very affordable, especially considering all of the testing and individualized learning support that comes along with it.

I found Joshua a while back in 2024. At the time, my son was struggling with a speech impediment. He was also behind in both math and English. With Joshua’s help, we tested him upon joining and every two months thereafter. The results were incredible! Joshua used alliterations to help with his speech impediment and design curriculum tailored to address the learning gaps we found during his placement test. Within three months, I saw a 30% rise in my child's math and English scores, it was incredible! I highly recommend Joshua’s services.

We tried multiple tutoring programs, but none were as personalized as Joshua’s approach. My son was behind in writing, and thanks to Joshua's structured guidance, he’s now turning in essays with ease. His grades improved by two letter levels in just one semester!

Joshua doesn't just teach—he invests in his students. My child was frustrated with algebra, but Joshua broke down each concept in a way that made it click. The result? A 25% improvement in test scores and a newfound enthusiasm for math!

We are a K-12 Private school that has been working with Joshua for the past school year. Joshua teaches classes, small group, and one-on-one lessons with our students. He also provides them assistance and support. Many of these students have struggled for years, many of them moved forward without obtaining the necessary knowledge for their grade level. We are lucky to have found such a dedicated teacher who truly cares about helping these students. We have seen a dramatic improvement in the behavior, quality of work, and academic progress in the past 9 months. Joshua has a vast knowledge in many areas and he is able to assist students in several subject areas. If you have students that need any help in any subject, especially if they are falling behind or have already fallen behind and need to catch up, I highly recommend Joshua.

If you need a tutor Mr. Josh is the way to go! He tutored my son in Math and now he got into 8th Grade Honors class!! He's also very friendly and flexible with his availability. He can work around your schedule like he did for us as my son plays sports. Again, highly recommend Joshua!
