I aim to provide my support informed by my own experiences of ADHD in academia, and knowledge from my degree in counselling, coaching and mentoring. Executive functioning is a significant barrier in both academic development and daily tasks, so I will work with you to develop techniques to reduce the impact of this barrier, both for individual tasks, and for broader application.
